  We recently attended a Better Results Faster workshop that Veronica and her team run. Wow!! It really gets you thinking. The invaluable advice we gained is probably life changing. Veronica is truly inspiring and her enthusiasm and passion for what she does is really infectious. The clinic has a lovely friendly and family feel to it. There is no pressure to join, which is refreshing. Just loads of everyday advice on better lifestyle choices to keep us all healthy. Thank you to all the team who made us feel so welcome.

  Strange and disappointing experience. I went along for a consultation and ended up seeing what seemed to be a new and very inexperienced chiropractor. I don't want you to get the wrong idea, but when you pay privately to see someone for your health, you expect to see someone worth it and get the results you are seeking. I didn't want to prejudge so I thought I would give it a go, and so followed through and went back and signed up for a plan of care at HSW. Did I feel any benefit? Not really. Half way through my program, Charlie the chiropractor left and I ended up seeing Veronica. She was better, but I felt she was talking from a script every time I saw her. When I asked questions, she was quite abrupt and didn't spend much time as it felt like she was more interested in the queue of people who were lined up like sheep to see her. To be honest, it felt like a production line. The final straw for me not wanting to go back was I felt like I was being sold something on EVERY visit. From supplements, balls to massage my bottom to the 8WW programme. Push, push, "you must come to our amazing workshop" and it got to the point I was feeling so uncomfortable because I was dredding the whole sales from Veronica. Would I recommend a friend? No, unless they liked the pressure sales approach. There also seemed be a high staff turnover, which also concerned me that their might be a problem with how the company managed and treated their staff. Thanks HSW but no thanks.
