  After 16 years at this practice I have seen it go down hill, it's now over the hill and out of sight. Getting an appointment is ridiculous, first you have to get past the abrasive receptionists. God forbid should you make any kind of comment regarding their attitude. If you do your more than likely to get a threatening letter, it would appear that your not allowed to have an opinion. I made an observation regarding my treatment and whilst in hospital received a letter informing me that I have been excluded from the practice due to my rude and aggressive behaviour. That is a total fabrication, I have never been rude or aggressive to any of the staff. It is odd when the practice manager makes you an appointment to see your doctor and gets it completely wrong. Pointing it out got me excluded from the practice.

  Honestly can't fault the service at all. I've NEVER had issues seeing anyone. I tend to book online, whenever I've had an emergency they've been supportive and thorough. Every doctor or nurse I've seen has been super helpful, I honestly can't say I've ever had issues with this practice. I'm followed up adequately, my medicine reviews are done in a timely fashion. Wonderful. Very pleased. Little tip for anyone struggling is to book online, I never seem to have issues doing it that way, as long as you register for online service, I even get my prescriptions online, super easy.
